The free ten

Raw reqs are the easy part.

Coverage tells you the signals exist. The ten tell you they're worth acting on — filtered to your ideal client, deduplicated, agency reposts stripped, and a named decision-maker attached to each one.

How it works

Detect, attach, deliver.

There's no trial to configure and no dashboard to learn. You tell us what you'd tell a new consultant on their first day, and the rest happens without you.

01 · Detect

We watch for hiring demand

Job boards, applicant tracking feeds and company career pages across seven regions, re-checked every three hours. We read the req in the company's own ATS rather than a re-posted aggregator listing, so the signal is evidence you can click — never inferred intent. When a source changes its markup, the extractor repairs itself, so coverage doesn't quietly rot.

Duplicates and agency reposts stripped
02 · Attach

We find who owns the hire

Each signal is matched to the titles you named — Head of Talent, CTO, whoever you actually sell to — and their contact details are verified before they reach you. Anything we can't verify never gets sent. Eight solid contacts beat ten guesses.

Zero research left on your side
03 · Deliver

It lands where you work

The first ten arrive by email with a CSV. After that you choose: a daily digest, records pushed into your CRM, a webhook the moment a signal fires, or our REST API. Ready to pitch, not ready to research.

No platform to log into
After the first ten, pick where they arrive
Email digest daily or weekly Your CRM HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce REST API pull on your schedule Webhook the moment we see it

Switch or combine these any time by replying to a report. There is a dashboard if you want one, and you never need it.

What you get

An email, not a login.

Every opportunity is written so a consultant can act on it without opening another tab. Five things, on every row.

  • 01The hiring signalWhat the company posted, the ATS it came from, and the timestamp we observed it.
  • 02Why it matchedThe part of your brief this company satisfies — so you can open with relevance.
  • 03The decision-makerWho owns that hire, with a LinkedIn profile, a verified work email, and the live req itself so you can read what they asked for before you call.

Versus what you do now

The scraping is the easy twenty percent.

The work is telling a new cost centre apart from a backfill, stripping agency reposts, deduplicating one role across five boards, keeping extractors alive when a source changes its HTML, and attaching a verified human to the company.

Pricing

Pay for what fires, not what we watch.

Every other platform charges for the companies it monitors. We monitor unlimited companies on every plan and only count the ones that actually match your brief. If 37 companies fire this month, that's 37 — not the millions scanned to find them.

Step 1

Choose your signals

How many matched hiring events do you want each month? Go past the cap and signals keep flowing at your plan's per-signal rate — we never cut the feed mid-month.

Unused signals don't roll over. No setup fee, month to month, cancel any time. Prices exclude VAT.

What it replaces

A consultant filtering boards for an hour a day is roughly a fifth of a junior salary — before anyone has looked up a single decision-maker.

~5 h / week

Filtering, deduplicating, then researching who to contact.

Growth plan
€199 / month

250 matched signals, decision-maker attached, nobody's Monday morning.

Step 2

Add decision-makers

We don't resell contact data or mark it up. Choose who runs the lookups — the data is the same either way.

Before you start

The questions everyone asks first.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
No. Check coverage without giving us anything, then answer a few questions and your first ten opportunities arrive by email. If you'd rather have a person walk you through it we're glad to — book a setup call — but it's an option, never a step.
Are the first ten really free?
Yes. Ten companies with live hiring signals and named decision-makers, including LinkedIn profiles and verified work emails, plus a CSV. No card, no trial countdown, no auto-billing at the end. If the data doesn't convince you, you've spent two minutes.
How long does the first report take?
Within one working day, usually the same afternoon. A person reads your brief and tunes the matching before the first run, which is why it isn't instant — and why the ten are worth reading. Once you're set up, new signals surface on the same three-hour cycle as the rest of the corpus.
Do you actually cover my niche?
Check it at the top of this page — the numbers come from the same corpus you'd be buying, and you can cross-check any of them in Signal Explorer. If your niche isn't a tracked market yet, say so in the brief: adding a source list for a specific desk is normal, and it's part of what the free ten are for.
What counts as a signal?
One verified hiring event at one company that passes your filters — industry, geography, size, role type, seniority. Several roles posted by the same company in the same window count as one signal, not five. Agency reposts, cross-board duplicates and anything we can't verify never reach you and never count against your plan.
Where does the data come from?
Hiring signals come from publicly available activity: applicant tracking system feeds, job boards and company career pages across seven regions. We read the req in the company's own ATS rather than a re-posted aggregator listing, and every row carries its source link and observation timestamp. Decision-maker details are looked up through an enrichment provider — yours or ours — and verified before delivery.
How do you handle GDPR?
We process business contact data for B2B outreach on a legitimate-interest basis, with the source and timestamp recorded per record so objections can be honoured. For the briefs you give us we act as your processor. Any individual can be suppressed on request, and a data processing agreement is available before you pay anything. Questions go to [email protected].
What if the results miss what I asked for?
Reply to the report and say what was off. Briefs are refined by hand for the first month — that feedback is how the matching sharpens for your desk. If a delivered signal turns out to be a duplicate or a closed role, flag it and the credit returns to your balance.
Do I need to change how my team works?
No. Signals push to HubSpot, Instantly, Slack or anything with a webhook, and there's a REST API if you'd rather pull. There's a dashboard if you want one, but you never need it to get value. Your tools stay the same — the inputs get better.

Someone is posting a role that matches your desk right now. Who gets there first?
