Ambassador
A side role for someone the recruiters in one segment listen to.
We build software that finds recruiters clients, segment by segment, with a design partner who tests it on real prospects. Once it has won business in your segment, you tell your peers, and we pay you for everyone who joins.
- Where
- Remote, alongside whatever you do now
- Pay
- A share of our revenue from every customer you bring in, plus the tool, free
- We ask
- Your honest word, in your words, with the pay disclosed
- Cost to you
- None. We don't sell to our ambassadors.
The work
- Look before you speak. We give you the tool and show you what it has done for a design partner in your segment. No tester in your segment yet? Tell us who it should be.
- Then say so. A recommendation, a testimonial, a post where your peers will see it. Your words, and only once it has earned them.
- Say that we pay you. Every time. Your peers trust you because you are straight with them, and we want it kept that way.
If it doesn't hold up, say nothing. We would rather have that than praise you don't mean.
The pay
A revenue share on every customer who comes to us through you, from their first invoice. It becomes a product your peers buy, and you earn when they do.
The tool, free, so you speak from use and not from a brochure.
Terms are agreed in writing before you say a word.
Still winning clients yourself? You can be the design partner for your segment as well.
Who we want
- Recruiters in one defined segment know you: a community, a group, a newsletter, a following.
- They listen because you don't push things that don't work.
- You know business development first hand. You bill now, or you did.
- You are willing to tell us no.
Who is asking
We built SignalsAPI. It catches matching job postings within 15 minutes, finds the decision maker and starts outreach. Around 20 agencies have run on it. Our lead engineer also built market intelligence automation for Volkswagen.
We know the technology. We don't know how deals close in your niche.
Apply
Four answers by email, a few lines each. No call until we both see a fit.
- What is your segment, and who listens to you there?
- Where do they gather: a group, a newsletter, a podcast, a following? Roughly how many?
- What have you recommended to them before, and what happened?
- Do you still bill yourself?
We take a few ambassadors, not many.
